Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the RIDIER platform and website. A signed order form or agreement with Ridier Consultancy Group LLC takes precedence where the two differ.

Effective September 14, 2026 · Ridier Consultancy Group LLC

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service form an agreement between Ridier Consultancy Group LLC (“RIDIER”) and the organization or person accessing the platform (“you”). By using RIDIER you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. The service

RIDIER provides a conversational employee experience and aggregate workforce intelligence for leaders, including PSI™ dimension results, Adoption Readiness, trajectory views, intervention intelligence, and a risk registry. Features may change as the product develops.

RIDIER is a decision-support tool. It does not provide legal, medical, clinical, or psychological advice, and it must not be used as the sole basis for employment decisions about an individual.

3. Your responsibilities as a customer

  • Tell your workforce that RIDIER is in use, and how the results will be used.
  • Keep employee participation voluntary where your local law or policy requires it.
  • Issue, close, and revoke employee access links through the controls provided, and keep leader accounts and roles current.
  • Do not attempt to identify individual employees from aggregate results, and do not ask employees to include names, IDs, or other identifying details in conversations.
  • Use RIDIER in compliance with applicable employment, privacy, and works-council requirements in your jurisdictions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, reporting thresholds, or access-link protections.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or provide the service to a third party except as agreed in writing.
  • Upload unlawful content or use the platform to harass, surveil, or retaliate against an individual.
  • Use automated means to extract data from the platform beyond your own tenant's normal use.

5. Accounts and access

Leader access is granted through organization membership with owner, admin, analyst, or viewer roles. You are responsible for the activity of accounts in your organization and for promptly removing access when someone leaves the role.

6. Data

You retain ownership of your organization's data. RIDIER processes it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Information pages. Employee conversation content is treated as temporary working data and is redacted or deleted after structured signals are extracted.

RIDIER may use de-identified, aggregate statistics that cannot be linked to your organization to operate, secure, and improve the service.

7. Fees

Fees, term, and renewal are set out in the applicable order form or written agreement. Where no order form exists, access is provided for evaluation only and may be modified or ended at any time.

8. Intellectual property

RIDIER, PSI™, the RIDIER brand assets, and the platform, including its scoring methodologies and documentation, remain the property of Ridier Consultancy Group LLC. No license is granted other than the right to use the service under these terms. Press and brand assets may be used as described on our Press & Media page.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only to perform under this agreement.

10. Availability and demonstration content

RIDIER aims for reliable availability but does not commit to a specific uptime level unless stated in a written agreement. Demonstration environments, sample organizations, and product visuals use fictional data and do not reflect real employees or customers.

11. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RIDIER does not warrant that results will predict individual behavior or specific business outcomes.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data. RIDIER's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid or payable for the twelve months before the claim.

13. Term and termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination, access ends and customer data is deleted or returned on written request as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date above; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
