Subprocessors

RIDIER keeps its supply chain deliberately small. These are the providers involved in running the platform and what each one handles.

Current subprocessors

This list reflects the providers in use as of the effective date above. It is maintained by Ridier Consultancy Group LLC and updated when a provider is added or removed.

What is not sent to a subprocessor

Employee names, employee IDs, email addresses, or exact job titles — RIDIER does not collect them.
Raw IP addresses, GPS coordinates, or device fingerprints as part of conversation records.
Retained voice audio. Voice input is transcribed in the request and not stored.
Transcripts or session-level signals in leader-facing summaries. Those summaries are generated from aggregate results only.

Changes and notice

We will update this page before a new subprocessor begins processing customer data, and customers with a written agreement will receive notice at the contact on file. Objections can be raised to Executive@ridier.com.
