Privacy Policy

RIDIER is built so employees can speak candidly and leaders receive only aggregate patterns. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices available to you.

Effective September 14, 2026 · Ridier Consultancy Group LLC

1. Who we are

RIDIER is a workforce intelligence platform operated by Ridier Consultancy Group LLC (“RIDIER”, “we”, “us”). Written inquiries can be sent to Executive@ridier.com.

When an organization uses RIDIER with its workforce, that organization decides what to run and why. RIDIER processes workforce conversation data on the organization's behalf and under its instructions.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information for leaders and administrators: name provided at sign-up, email address, organization membership, and role.
  • Organization configuration: organization name, industry, headcount range, departments, approved sites, broad role groups, initiatives, and reporting settings.
  • Employee conversation content: the messages an employee types or speaks during a RIDIER conversation, processed to produce structured signals.
  • Structured signals derived from a conversation: dimension-level observations used for scoring and aggregate reporting.
  • Operational records: access-link issuance and closure, rate-limiting counters, and error/diagnostic logs needed to run the service securely.

3. What we do not collect from employees

RIDIER employee conversations are designed to avoid identifying the person speaking. We do not ask for or store:

  • Employee names, employee IDs, or email addresses.
  • Exact job titles, manager names, or reporting lines.
  • GPS coordinates, home addresses, or raw IP addresses.
  • Device fingerprints or persistent identifiers that follow a person across conversations.

4. How we use information

  • To operate the conversational experience and produce structured signals from what an employee shares.
  • To calculate versioned, deterministic PSI™ and Adoption Readiness results at organization, department, site, role-group, and initiative level.
  • To generate aggregate leader summaries. These summaries are produced from aggregate results only — never from transcripts, individual messages, or session-level signals.
  • To secure the service: validating access links, enforcing rate limits, and investigating misuse.
  • To respond to demo, press, and support inquiries submitted through our website forms.

5. Aggregation and minimum reporting thresholds

Leader-facing views are suppressed until a population reaches the organization's configured minimum reporting count. Additional protections reduce the risk of inferring a small group's results by comparing overlapping breakdowns. Where a result cannot be shown safely, RIDIER shows a suppression notice instead of the underlying numbers.

6. Retention

Conversation content is treated as temporary working data. After structured signals are extracted, transcript content is redacted or deleted — it is not retained as an ongoing record and is never exposed to leaders or administrators.

Structured signals, aggregate scores, and historical periods are retained for the life of the customer relationship so trend and trajectory reporting remains accurate. Account and organization configuration records are retained while the account is active. Voice audio is not retained.

On written request from an authorized customer contact, we will delete or return customer records within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records to meet a legal obligation.

7. Sharing and subprocessors

We do not sell personal information and we do not use employee conversation content for advertising. We share data only with the service providers needed to run RIDIER. The current list, including what each provider processes, is published on our Subprocessors page.

8. Artificial intelligence

RIDIER uses a third-party large language model provider to power the employee conversation and to draft aggregate leader summaries. Conversation content sent to that provider is processed through our server, with redaction applied before storage. Scores are calculated by deterministic, versioned formulas in our own system — the model does not write, weight, or adjust any score.

RIDIER does not produce clinical, diagnostic, or medical assessments, and does not make automated decisions about individual employees.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information about you. Because employee conversations are collected without identifiers, we are often unable to link a conversation back to a specific person — which is intentional, and which also means we may not be able to locate individual conversation records on request.

Employees should direct requests about a RIDIER program to their employer, which decides how the program runs. Customers and website visitors can contact Executive@ridier.com.

10. Security

RIDIER applies tenant isolation, database row-level security, role-based leader permissions, hash-only storage of employee access links, server-side validation of every submission, and encryption in transit. Our Security page describes these controls and states plainly which formal audits and certifications we have and have not obtained.

11. International transfers

RIDIER and its service providers operate in the United States. If you access RIDIER from outside the United States, your information will be processed there.

12. Children

RIDIER is a workplace product and is not directed to anyone under 16.

13. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and will revise the effective date above. Material changes affecting customers will also be communicated to the customer's authorized contact.
