No manager transcript access
Managers and leaders do not receive employee messages, transcripts, individual histories, or session-level signals.
Security & Privacy
RIDIER is designed to give employees a private conversational experience while giving leaders only the aggregate intelligence they need to make better organizational decisions.
Core privacy principles
Managers and leaders do not receive employee messages, transcripts, individual histories, or session-level signals.
Leader views are built from reportable organizational patterns rather than identifiable employee conversations.
Department, location, role, and other population views require sufficient participation before results can be shown.
Access and handling
Production access uses organization-issued, scoped links that can be closed or revoked, with optional PIN protection.
Employee demos and previews are isolated so they do not affect production scores, readiness, trends, or leader insights.
Conversation content is used to produce structured signals and is then removed or redacted according to RIDIER's privacy-conscious design.
Reporting safeguards apply to populations and intersections, helping reduce the risk of inferring small-group results.
Organization membership and role permissions limit who can view or manage leader-facing intelligence.
RIDIER applies server-side validation, tenant isolation, restricted data paths, and controlled access throughout the product.
